I used this hotel for a business trip. I was there for two days in total. The first shock was when I drove up to the hotel. It was a roughly 500m long, unkempt gravel road. When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by a really run-down hotel complex. The rooms were unacceptable. Wallpaper was torn off. The bathroom was very unkempt. The shower didn't work. There was also no toilet paper. I had to get a roll from reception. The gentlemen at reception asked me to bring me another roll. I refused and asked them not to disturb me again that evening. 15 minutes later there was a knock on the door and an employee wanted to come in. I asked him not to disturb me. A few minutes later he opened the door with a master key and came into the room. I angrily sent the gentleman out. He said something about "I don't speak English". I also didn't want to use the pool area because some of the hotel staff sat around the pool all day and made me feel uncomfortable. I also asked the restaurant manager to give me a small lunch box for the day I left because I couldn't have breakfast in the hotel. I also expressly pointed out that I can't tolerate dairy products. The next morning I wanted to leave the hotel and a member of staff was on his way to me with several full breakfast plates. There was a lot of cheese on them. Unfortunately I couldn't have breakfast that day. The hotel was a complete disappointment. The pictures on the internet promise far too much.

Dear Mr Alex I was disappointed that you write this comment as I contact your good self twice in order to insure that your stay with us is running OK and you informed me that everything thing is OK only the condition for the room and I told you that we can change the room for your good self but unfortunately you informed me that you don't have time Sorry to hear that you're having problems with us and we will work on the mentioned points in order to keep our business partners satisfied with our services Thanks again Hesham Amin General Manager
