Le séjour à l'hôtel a été très agréable, les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses. Le personnel est très attentif aux demandes des clients et prévenant.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille.

Amazing staying
Publié le 29 oct. 2021 sur HotelsThe hotel is amazing as expected by Four Seasons. Our room was really nice, with a view towards the pyramids. The pool was super nice and the service great. We tried Xodo and Zoe on the boat which were both great. We also went to the casino, spa and the char bar. Overall the facilities are amazing, even having the mall next door is great for quick shopping. We loved it and would come back for sure. The concierge organized for us a visit to the Pyramids, and booked restaurants as well which was awesome

This is an amazing hotel. The staff is very helpfull and worthy of a 5 star hotel. We were pleasentely surprised upon arrival to have been upgraged to a suite overlooking the zoo and the Nile. We had breakfast a la carte delivered to our room and it was quite good and not outrageously expensive. The pool area is nice with very helpful staff also. I would say location wise however that the hotel is quite far from everything. Cairo is a big city (with loads of traffic) so keep this in mind if you want to visit a lot during your stay. I would recommend this hotel, but if I went back to Cairo, I would find a more central hotel.

High quality although very pricey for one night my rate was $404 USD. Although it was more expensive then I would have liked I had a nice view of the pyramids in the background.

All the amenities in the hotel were excellent. The hotel personel was very attentive. The room was very clean and comfortable.
