Don't go there

I don't know where to start: - 40 minutes to do the check in, and there was no queue! - 25 minutes for the check out - the rooms are so dirty!!! It's a disgrace. I took some photos so bad it was. - we booked a king bed, we had two small beds. They said at check in they would put them together, it didn't happen. I had to go the the reception the second day and ask for it, again! - every day the room keys are deactivated and you have to go to the reception to reactivate them (the hotel is big, the reception was 3 minutes from our room!). - breakfast is huge but not really good. - the concierge is really unfriendly and doesn't understand much of English. - we paid $160 for the new year Eve gala dinner. That was the worse gala dinner of our life: the buffet was huge but nothing was really good. Not one drink was included, not one!! We never saw the belly dancers that were scheduled, there hasn't been a count down at midnight. Half of the guests had already left by 22:00 as there was no ambiance! What a shame, and a waste of money!! I stop there but there is so much more...

There is certainly no excuse for the disappointing standards which you encountered, and I would like to assure you that each point you mentioned has already been discussed with the personnel concerned, to ensure a similar situation does not recur in the future. I have carried out an investigation regarding specific requests not being adhered to, which is clearly completely unacceptable, however I would appreciate if you can advise the name of the personnel involved or the date of the incident to enable us to conclude the investigation and get back to you with our findings. It is my hope that these events will not permanently mar your opinion of our hotel and that you will return to us again, when I am sure you will remember your stay for all the right reasons. Should you decide to do so, I would appreciate you contacting my office. Yours sincerely,

Le personnel est très gentil et très attentif à nos demandes. Un vrai plus. L'hôtel est un peu vieillot mais nous avons adoré notre séjour. Bonne nourriture et très belle vue des pyramides de la piscine.

Bon hôtel en face des pyramides

Hôtel très bien placé à 15 mns a pieds des pyramides. Grande piscine avec vue sur les pyramides. La chambre est confortable mais les lits sont un peu petits. Tout est propre, la restauration est bonne.

Séjour parfait!

Hôtel magnifique, personnel et services à la hauteur. Piscines et vue sur les pyramides incroyables, le spa et la salle de sport sont également top! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à quelques min seulement des pyramides
