Viaje muy corto

Es un hotel pequeño, muy limpio, a 15 minutos del centro. El personal es muy atento.

Pésimas condiciones

El hotel no se asemeja a lo promocionado en su página; tan mal estuvo que no nos quedamos. Toallas sucias, duchas en mal estado, habitaciones sucias, con telarañas, sábanas con olor a guardado, etc. Finalmente no nos quedamos alojados, y fue imposible cancelar la reserva a través de su página.

Tartar Hotel Stay

Pour : The hotel itself was fairly new, it did have an outer appearance that was sort of like a Hacienda.
Contre : Communication with the staff could improve, Wi-Fi for sure needs to be better so that you have connection from ANYWHERE in the hotel.
Emplacement : The location in right near the airport, and there was nothing close to do...a taxi had to be called to go into town for 8 - 10 soles each way.
We arrived and were taken to a room that was for a couple. I informed them that was not what I asked for, they insisted that was my reservation that I requested and would not believe what I said until I pulled out my reservation. Reluctantly they found us a different room with two beds. Once there we did not have ANY Wi-Fi connection or phone in the room. I had to go downstairs to ask for a phone, they stated it's in the room and again I had to respond that it was NOT in there and that the room did not get a Wi-Fi signal. I ended up going with one of the staff to 3 different rooms to see if any of them were able to get Wi-Fi which was included in the reservation and it would be our only time to connect with family. None had a clear connection. We were also too far away from the Plaza de Armas and it would cost us about 16 - 20 soles each day to go into the city. We ended up switching hotels.

Great Service

I stayed here on my way home due to a medical emergency. The staff was very supportive and helpful. It's close to the airport and though my flight out was late they let me just stay in my room to lay down. They checked on me and made sure I was okay. If I ever go back I will stay here for sure!
