Nice view on the plateau of Causse from this typical renovated house, and close to the Valleys of Lot and Célé. Adjacent to a secondary residence but without any overlooks, it enjoys a pleasant park and terrace in a quiet environment, and the proximity of Cajarc (1.5 km) and Figeac (22 km).On the ground floor, independent kitchen (microwave, comp. freezer), living room, shower room and independent toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (1 bed 1,40m, 1 bed 0,90m with its pull-out bed of 0,90m and 2 bunk beds of 0,90m) shower room and independent toilet. Possibility of an extra bed. Electric heating and wood stove. Household linen is charged 8€ per week.
