Room service was ok barely any toilet paper, room keys only take you to 1 floor and we had a wedding where we had to go to different rooms to meet up with other guests and we couldn’t but always had to go to reception to ask for access to other floors. I hired transportation and they limited access to front door as hotel had security access where my transportation service had to always pay to come in. We reserved hotel roommates with double beds for up to 4 guests and when we arrived they gave us a hard time and said only 2 guests were allowed in the room and charged us for each additional guests per night. They need to make access to the hotel the entrance is on side of highway however the exit was blocked and transport had to travel at least 5 miles away to be able to turn around to get into the hotel, The entrance was terrible. They need to redo the entrance. Overall the hotel was beautiful and the breakfast amazing the restaurants were great and rooms were Big and spacious

En general mi estadía fue muy agradable, el personal de reception fue muy atento y servicial especialmente Miguel el cual me ayudó a solucionar un pequeño detalle con mi reserva . Muy cordiales tanto a la salida como a la llegada del hotel. Las habitaciones son limpias y la cama muy confortables. La comida en los restaurantes es buena, lastima que no haya más variedad en el desayuno considerando la cantidad de productos frescos que se pueden encontrar en Colombia. Durante los ocho días que estuve allí casi siempre veía lo mismo . Al menos todo se veía recién hecho. Yo creo que los desayunos deberían de ser más variados, tratar de no ofrecer todos los días lo mismo. Pero en general todo muy bien. La hubicacion perfecta a 10 min del centro comercial fontanar y no muy lejos de Chía y Cajica los pueblos más cercanos. Espero tener la oportunidad de regresar nuevamente y sopesarme allí nuevamente.

Generally fine
All fine but they really need to reduce the volume of music in the restaurants and lobby. Tried working in the business space on a morning and even then there is a huge bass coming from the music downstairs. The gym doesn't have the weights cables like shown in the photo. Only cadrio machines.

While the small-town hotel may be a bit pricey, it offers spacious, modern, and clean rooms. However, it was disappointing that the hotel didn't provide validated parking considering that other hotels in the area offer parking and additional amenities at a lower cost.

My mom and I had a very bad experience at this hotel. They are not eager to help and solve a problem. Anything you ask for is “NO, so sorry we’re not allowed”. They have room service signs everywhere so we call to get room service for breakfast and “No we don’t offer room service for breakfast” we pay a lot of money to spend a day at the spa and do the hot tub treatment and their hot tub smells disgusting, you can’t even stay for one minute and they still wanted to charge us FULL PRICE for the service. They said the Manager would come give us a discount and nobody came. We asked for a drink at the bar and they said “that drink was only for the spa we can’t make it for you here”. It’s a five star hotel and everything is No and the spa is BAD. We paid for an exfoliation as well and they put the lotion and immediately took it off. (Absolutely no exfoliation) they lie in your face and just tell you “it’s the hotel’s policy”. BAD BAD customer service. Would never return.
