This property seems to be much past it's prime. We had cockroaches (2 total [one each day of the two day stay]) in our room. The room was clean, but the power was only available from 9pm to 9am and it went on and off all night. The Air Conditioner also did not function properly. We were so sweaty and uncomfortable staying in this hotel. They also seem to run many smaller businesses out of this property like a church school and bakery among others. It's weird to see for a hotel business. The beer was a good price and the service was excellent, but the property is in huge need of maintenance. We would never stay here again until the property is completely renovated.

I liked the ambience of the space especially the poolside relaxation area with the use of cane chairs and the blend with the natural vegetation.

The hotel is not well managed. The reception is very poor and not in tune with the modern day hospitality service business. The payment I made couldn't be accounted for, and the reception blamed Expedia. No competent person to even understand how online hotel booking works. My balance is still with them, and no explanations frm them. The hotel is generally very unfriendly and Expedia should save unsuspecting customers from these types of hotels by expunge it from your list of hotels.

Need for improvement
Posted Aug. 19, 2018 on HotelsNot quite a fantastic stay. The breakfast was not so good. The choices were limited and same kind of meals were served throughout my stay. There was poor internet facility in my room (309). The bathing towels are quite old and need to be changed.

I couldn't even spend a night in this hotel. Everything about it was a nightmare. From the welcoming and very rude girl at the front desk, to bad with Steen's all over to very dirty badroo m with brown ,yellow, and green tolets
Outside was no security what so ever. I had to leave immediately for my personal safety.
