We have booked Albenjoh guest house for 27th Aug-29th Aug,2017. The only advantage I fill is the location. Calangute and Baga beach is in walkable distance and there are plenty of good restaurents nearby. Room condition is okay, but the amenities are not at all enough as per the Delux Non-AC rooms.
They don't have geyser, they have Solar water heater. So, if there is not enough sunlight, no hot water.
They don't have any kind of food services not at all tea in morning. In Bathroom, only a shower is provided which is not enough if you have to wash your dress after coming from beach. Rooms are stuffy as we can't open windows for mosquitoes. But they are big enough.. So, for couple of days, it is okay.

A small suggestion if you could have a small lobby lounge. It might help a lot for families and guests while waiting for taxi etc.

There is no room service. Poor service poor stay.

Pour : This hotel is near by to calangute bridge.
Contre : No suggestions.
No room service, even no hot water and if you will ask the owner , he will give you excuses.
Bed sheets are not cleaned. They don't provide towels even.we got towels after requesting the hotel boy.
Seriously its a horrible hotel to stay in that price range. Shower is broken . Health faucet is also not in a usable condition.

Dear Madam
Thank you for your feedback. There is no room service as we do not have a restaurant. As explained to you during your stay, hot water is provided through solar heaters and due to excess usage/winter, hot water was not available during the early hours in the morning.
Towels are provided on request. Rooms are cleaned daily and linen is changed every two to three days. As your stay was for 2 nights only there was no linen change.
We have checked the facilities in the bathroom and everything is functioning. Nor have we had any complaints with this regard from any guests occupying the same room after your stay.
We look forward to being of service to you again in the future with no complaints.
