Un surclassement bien agréable

J'ai été surclassé, un vrai plus dans un hard rock Hotel, la chambre est vraiment agréable, en revanche à la piscine les places au soleil sont vite prises d'assaut, petit déjeuner moyen comme dans tous les hard rock Hotel, le personnel est très gentil. Pas forcément la meilleure place sur Goa pour visiter les plus belles plages, dommage.

Hard Rock hotel Goa is a very nice place with a professionnal staff. Meals and cocktails are pretty good. The swimming pool with music is a cool place. We recommand.

Bons services, établissement neuf donc propre et entretenu, amabilité du personnel, emplacement calme à l'écart de la foule pourtant proche en distance, rapport qualité/prix remarquable.

Poorly maintained property. The condition of the property has deteriorated over the years. Air conditioning does not work properly. Staff are unpleasant to deal with. I was a regular customer to this resort but definitely would not be returning after this trip.

Quick check in Rooms v dated, badly maintained. Shared areas with ongoing maintenance a put off. Excellent staff. Lovely pool area and pool. Music a little too loud. Restaurant serves good food but decor is tired.

Blocked Shower Drain

My room was at the end of the corridor facing a wall (and not with the better poolside view) and was next to their rubbish dumping area. The room size was good as was the bathroom and shower. However, on the day of my departure, my shower drain was completely blocked and the water overflowed all over the bathroom floor and part of the bedroom. I asked Reception for another room to shower in as I was in a rush to catch my flight and they promised to do so but after 10 mins they sent a handyman to unblock the drain instead of allocating me another room as promised by Reception. As unblocking the drain and cleaning the mess would have taken too long, I insisted on being given another room but this was not made available to me. As I was short of time, I had no choice but to use the bathroom of the room opposite my room (where the bathroom had just been cleaned BUT the room was dirty & unmade as the occupants had checked out earlier. This was not a pleasant experience at all getting ready in an unmade room. Reception should have been honest with me if they did not have other rooms instead of promising me one. This episode left a bad impression.
