Hotel staff is friendly and they require you to give them your key so it doesn’t get lost but there’s almost no one at the receptionist desk. I eventually just started keeping the key with me because I didn’t feel like walking around the property to find someone.
The sliding bathroom door was rusted and the wheel came off when I tried to close the door.
It may be the area, but for some reason the toilet water had a light yellow hue. I ran the faucet to check if it was the same and it had to the same yellow hue.
Showering here at night (9-12), the water always smelled really bad.
The good news is that the bed was comfy and the AC worked. Also pretty fast internet (25mbps). Their smart TV kept me entertained while it rained outside. Just remember to factory reset the TV to remove all your information.

The rooms are spacious and easy access to mall but WiFi is very bad

We at Nikitas Place Hotel thrives to keep our honored guest satisfied with our services.
Oriental Mindoro being an island is still modernizing access to internet service.
We have specific wi Fi free zone but not all rooms have strong signal.

The room smell mold, bathroom light is poor and no floor mat, sleepery and sink smells awful. No room WiFi connection

There is no hot water in the room, also they advertise a free breakfast but the staff said there is no breakfast.

Very poor service
