You can find better places.
It is not a hotel. I stayed in a residencial unity and it is not well conserved. It needs some maintenance (doors, taps, painting/cleaning). I believe that there is not a standard to private apartments. No bedding and very old mattresses and pillows. In short, I was not lucky enough to stay in this place. And, some guests did not respect pool access times, making noise after midnight, without warnings from management. There is not a restaurant (only snacks).
