The hotel was great for a short stay as it was easily accessible to head into the city, easy commute into Bologna central square .
As as for the hotel , the bathroom was lovely but room looked nothing like the photographs it had no fridge , no option to order room service and the lift was very tiny where you can fit 2-3 people.
The bed was very uncomfortable and had a sheet as a cover and no duvet or even headboard for the bed.
Very tiny television , really could have had a fridge too keep drinks cool after a long day in the hot city.
WiFi was awful , kept dropping out .
We got fresh towels daily, and the staff at front desk were lovely.

Ar condionado quebrado, solicitado reparo ou troca de quarto .. e nos disseram que não havia outro e nem como arrumar.

Dear Guest,we are very sorry for what happened, as soon as we were informed of the malfunction, the technician was contacted and promptly came to the room to view the air conditioner. As you well know, some repairs require more time than the stay for this reason we considered a room change but unfortunately the Hotel was full.Best regards

Terrible
Publié le 27 mai 2024 sur HotelsThe place is nothing like the pictures. It’s absolutely disgusting. We couldn’t even stay there and had to get another hotel for the night. I want a full refund. This is false advertising at best
