A Tranquil Country Escape

Nestled in the serene ranchlands, we were surrounded by peaceful countryside, with cows and donkeys grazing in the pasture behind the house. The property was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. It offered the perfect blend of tranquility and comfort, making it an ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle. Perfectly situated between Lake Somerville and College Station, it offered an ideal location for exploring the region. We loved hiking at Lake Somerville State Park Birch Creek Unit and catching a thrilling football game at Texas A&M. And don’t forget to keep an eye out for armadillos in the front yard at night! Highly recommended for anyone seeking a quiet and relaxing getaway.

Fantastic Rental. Absolutely Perfect.
Publié le 26 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis house was absolutely perfect for us. Plenty of room and the country setting was divine. But the host was what made it truly special. Upon leaving the house, we were (as usual) a complete circus with all our little children. Left several items behind, including a child's ipad that that our baby nephew had hidden under (of all things) the propane tank outside. Not only did the host locate the missing items, but she mailed it all to me. She truly went above and beyond. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to enjoy family time in a beautiful country setting.

Delightful Ranch

Just what we needed while tailgating for an Aggie game. Our only issue was with the maps programs, they took us to the wrong address in the dark…..look for a green address sign and no locked gate!

Huge home with amazing views
Publié le 16 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayLoved staying at this large property. Views off the back patio are amazing. While the home could definitely use some updating, it was very clean and that's the most important thing for our family. Would definitely stay here again. Extremely close to Chilifest.
