It was great up until About 3 o’clock Monday morning when an extremely loud fire/smoke alarm went off waking me up out of my deep and comfortable sleep. Front desk said it was some sort of malfunction that has also happened last week and they apologized for the false alarm, now it’s hard for me to get back to a good sleep not knowing it it will go off again. Then when we got up for breakfast around 7:45 they had run out of all the hot breakfast items except the sausage gravy. So I let the front desk know and because upper management only had 1 person working and bless her heart Mrs. Stephaniey left the front desk to go prepare more food for the guests, she was doing an awesome job of trying to accommodate everyone, she’s only 1 person and the only 1 working the morning shift! Upper management dropped the ball on making sure the hotel was staffed with enough staff to accommodate guests especially doing breakfast, running out of food is unheard of ! NOT a good look for the Best Western brand, I would have recommended this hotel and given it all good stars except for those 2 very important issues. Hopefully upper management will get those issues addressed and resolved and I may return!!!! Right now I just don’t know

I liked how quick and easy it was to interact with staff. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Our room was spotless, the air conditioning was easy to adjust to our personal preference and breakfast was hot and fresh.

I would rate the place with any hotel above 3 star rating. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Very clean and quiet stay. Affordable pricing for the area, being close to the local casino.
