Under construction
Publié le 1 août 2024 sur HotelsSo disappointed, this hotel is under a mayor renovation.... not even my room was finish.... not lobby restroom, no buffet breakfast carpets covered by plastic, my shower had hairs, i found dried old candies.... i would love to know the real status of the hotel before booked...

Unpleasant surprise.
Publié le 26 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel was undergoing renovation and we were put on a floor that was under repair. All 3 floors and the outside were being renovated and we were not notified in advance until we arrived. We decided to stay but this was an unexpected "surprise". The hotel should have staged the construction and did it one floor at a time if they wished to remain open during the renovation. I will not be staying here again.

No where did it say it was being remodeled. Small bugs in the bathroom and entry way.

When I booked the room, it said nowhere that they were having construction-there was no hot water in my room(108).There was little black bugs everywhere.

dont stay here until its finished with renovations
