Well First of all, we arrived on June the 18th, we realized that part of the hotel was in remodeling, but give it a try and book a night expecting that the rooms were recently remodeling.. remodel was still in place in part of hotel. First night ran with out a problem, the room was totally renewed and we decided to stay the following night . we make arraingements with the manager and she let us keep the same room. Next night we came to our room and i realice that my luggage was not at my room.. went to the receptionist and ask her about her.. she said she did not know what to do... i asked her to come to my room to verify what happen .. and we found out that the door was not closing properly .. we tested together several times and she said she will talk to her manager next day.. next day in the morning i talked to tjhe manager and she said she verified with the maid that she saw my luggage in my room when she did the service and probably from tha time to our arrival some body enter our room maibe with our key !! so she blamed it on us... did not have any cameras , the room did not close property and obviously some body from the construction people entger our room and stole my luggage... This is totally unacceptable i am very mad my luggage is lost .. and they basically did nothing about it.. If they want to open the hotel and not be responsable for other people being there should be their responsability !!!! Don't Go There !!! fer_cortez@hotmail.com

The hotel was under construction so many things were dirty and we weren’t able to use many of the facilities restrooms and gym and elevator.

Construction Zone Property

This hotel is under construction in every way, shape and form. Your room is literally in a construction zone. The room we stayed in was supposed to have been finished but really still had work to be done. The pool was not available and breakfast is a couple bagged items. Definitely not worth the price being charged.

I understand facility was under remodeling but there was bugs in the room. Maybe they should have have remodeled by floors and not having remodeling rooms between rooms being in use.

Hotel was under construction during our stay. We arrived in the evening, it was dark, entrance had scaffolding, no signs to direct you towards the entry, a trip hazard as the walkway was not level due to various uneven ground surfaces leading you to front door. Was informed at check in that water would be turned off at 0800 but they had a porta potty available. No discount was offered for the inconveniences.
