The room was very spacious and clean. The little touches like, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, mouthwash, etc was appreciated. In our two night stay, it was very quiet which was surprising as we were were very close to the elevator. Had good night sleeps. Check in and out staff friendly.

I had a VIP access but my access details wasn’t shared with me, therefore I don’t know what I missed with this stay. Also, booked for a King Size Bed Room but even upon an early check in at 1pm , at the reception it was mentioned that all the King size beds have been sold out and only two queen bed is available, they adjusted this with by giving free breakfast buffet vouchers which again had its own downfalls, no other egg options offered other than dry scrambled eggs and most hot food was served cold, first breakfast day service was bleh by the lady serving us, cared not much to be there, anyways but was made up by the gentleman on our second day breakfast. Overall it’s just an ordinary experience staying here at this hotel. I doubt to revisit this property when visiting Calgary.
