Elevator a bit slow, and there is no ATM nearby, so it's a challenge to leave a tip for the staff. However, room was spotless and cool. Front desk were consistently polite, helpful, and friendly. I appreciate above-ground parking! Quick walk to shopping, Prince's Island, and a variety of restaurants.

Friendly atmosphere

Got a 2 bedroom suite , the one room didn’t have ac so it was very hot, but other than that, it was a great stay. The staff were all so nice.

I booked a two night stay through expedia. When I arrived to the hotel I experienced long wait times to check in. Once I was checked in I went to my room and realized that we were given a one bedroom suite with a queen bed. I requested the premium king bed, as my partner and I need a king to comfortably sleep. When I went downstairs to ask for a room change, he mentioned expedia upgraded my room to a queen suite. He then told me I could email someone to see if they have any cancellations and we could get our room switched to a king. He said they were fully booked for the next two days and when I asked if he could just check for a room even for the following night, he said no. I was pretty upset by this. The next morning however I did have a better experience, and more information to why my booking was changed. I went downstairs around 8-9am, and let the lady know, I was given an upgrade without knowledge, had a horrible sleep and am having a weekend away from the kid and would like to cancel my next night so I could get a different hotel. She said they had a room right then available to move too, and the guy when I checked in upgraded me to a queen suite (not expedia, like he mentioned). If he were to tell me what he was upgrading me to upon arrival I would have not asked to check in. I am happy to have had my room switched to the original room I requested, however it was super inconvenient. I would not stay here again, nor recommend anyone to stay here.

I would prefer the night shift staff to be friendlier. I understand that working at night can be challenging, but after a long flight and arriving at the check-in desk, we would definitely expect more smiles and assistance. For example, please remind me if there are no toothbrushes and toothpaste available, and check if we need them so I don’t have to run down from the 10th floor to fetch them at 1 a.m.

Good location and affordable. Friendly service. There were a few maintenance issues, both bedroom doors were tweaked so they could not close properly. The door handle to the bathroom had no lock on it. And we booked for 6 in a room that hold 6, yet only 2 large towels and 2 medium towels, 4 plates, 4 cups, etc. Why not have equal to max capacity?
