2 different television brands with 2 different remotes. We found it difficult to find the channel guide for both tv's. Complimentary coffee bar only had 1 sugar/creamer pack. Not enough for two people.

I had booked this room based on the reviews on Expedia. We were staying in a suite with a king bed and a pullout sofa. The king bed was VERY firm and was not very comfortable. The pullout sofa was extremely uncomfortable and you could feel the springs on the bed. I asked for an extra mattress and nothing was done to accommodate the request. We will not be staying there again.

Second night of our visit we ended up with a bed bug. Staff was quite helpful and they changed our room. Second floor was quite soggy and did feel quite humid. Overall helpful and good staff but facility and rooms need upgrading.
