Short staycation after attending a concert, which was great fun. Room was very clean, the food was good friendliness and service of the staff was excellent. Just me personally I would like to see a little better lighting. That would definitely stay again.

Staff was friendly but when they were told the heat wasn’t working in our room or wifi or ice machine on our floor and the one above us and below us they just said sorry to hear that. They did get the heat working and then it stopped working the next night. No offer for anything just sorry to hear that.

This is the second year that we have stayed with the Deerfoot Inn because it is central to the family activities that we participate in over the Christmas holidays. I find the staff to be warm, friendly, genuine, well-trained, responsive to special requests for service, even though the hotel is somewhat short-staffed over the Christmas holidays. In addition, staff are tolerant and supportive of elderly clients special needs and overall very helpful. The one request I would make is that a comfortable padded lounge chair be placed in the family rooms which, until now, have only contained utilitarian "kitchen chairs" that are definitely not designed to relax in. Had that kind of chair been available in our family room, it definitely would've enhanced our enjoyment of our occupancy.

Staff from check-in to out were incredible. Azra, (the house cleaning staff) stood out. She took time to get to know me, my needs, genuinely cares about her career and people, it was refreshing to meet her during my stay over the holidays.
