Worst Four Points So Far

I often frequent Four Points when traveling for business as it’s a great value chain that hits consistently on expectations but this has got to be the worst one I’ve stayed at so far. Room was large and spacious, and is great if you need a night without any need to use the hotel’s any other services. But if you’re planning to stay for a few days and make use of the amenities, this location falls substandard to what one might expect in a Four Points. Restaurant service was awful and even was served still frozen food, coffee bar in lobby never had full stock of condiments, phones did not work in rooms, and could also hear foot steps in the rooms above…

TV and aur conditioner didnt work. When i called the front desk, they said the maintenance worker left for the day. The buffet breakfast I paid extra for was terrible. Barely an options, the waffles and breakfast sausages were rock hard, like they were sitting out for a few hours or rewarmed from before. I asked to speak to the manager, but they were not around. The staff said the manager would call to discuss my concerns and they didn't. I would not stay here again.
