communication to enter the property was very cumbersome but it was effective
outside the property there was people partying at night time and looked like they were setting up camp on the property

Property was ok, the fact that I made an error after 2 mins of booking, called and chatted and still they couldn’t accommodate the changes or cancellation, I will never recommend this property as it was a total waste of $600 and ended up not staying but got a proper hotel instead.
For lack of a better word, it was a total nightmare

Unfortunately, you've violated the property policy that is stated in the listing and was mentioned many times during your reservation and that's why there was a delay in your movement. Hopefully, you've decided to use our facility by actually following property policy. We hope you understand.

Avoid staying here - this was the honesty the worst accommodation and poor communication.
Calgary is awesome and very affordable, please look somewhere else

Enjoyed our stay. Disappointed that cooling in climate control did not really work. Condo was warm & stuffy each night.

This was an absolute disaster of a booking - way too difficult to check in! Thanks to confusion between both Global Stay AND Expedia's terrible customer service person who had us on the phone for over two hours going around in circles.... We were accused of being under age (of 25yrs) to stay in the apartment (we are in our 50's) - after two hours going round in circles and hopelessly frustrated at the absolute waste of precious holiday time I booked another hotel - money down the drain! Never book Global Stay!

Dear Tracy, Your review is absolutely not true. I double checked our conversation with you and I see that we accepted your IDs. We never said a word about not accepting you because of your age. We always work in accordance with our policies and do not violate them. The reason you didn't manage to check-in is that you refused to pay the refundable security deposit. I would like to note that this is one of our security policies and information about the deposit is mentioned in all our listings. So, you were informed about it. We recommend that you voice only reliable facts in your reviews and not invent fake reasons to blame the host for what he did not do. Thank you for your understanding.
