As constructive suggestion, They didn’t have live tv and the key of the apt where brand new it was hard to lock the apt . Overall the condo is great and the sector is excellent

excellent location for meetings at BMO, a 5 minutes walk. secured building and covered parking. staff was responsive, and door man was helpful. not a lot of restaurants in the area but 17th where everything is was about a 15 minute walk. would recommend is going to a flames game, rodeo etc.

Terrible. The unit we got was in super rough shape. Nasty carpet, screws sticking up to cut your foot on in the transitions, fridge dented in ten places, faucet broken so sprays water everywhere, blinds broken, holes in walls, bed missing a boxspring so worst 3 nights sleep of my life.

Great views great location. Overall great experience. Checking in is a bit confusing but helpful staff made a difference

Nice apartment, but unfortunately it lacked toilet paper when we first arrived (notified them and they brought). Also emailed the morning of stating there would be a showing in the apartment we were in, took a while to figure out how to cancel showing. Was tough to reach office - only one person working.
