Such a pleasure hosting the three of you young Travelers from Germany. This is a "Hostel" as per the name, designed for backpacker, budget travelers from other countries wanting to explore the sites of Calgary. So Glad you Had Fun

Misinformation about the stay, long waiting time to respond, and no basic amenities. Too much pet hair and a very bad experience.

You arrived at 10:30 to check in - drove up for one day to see the stampede. The other guests were still here and I wasn't at the house - You phoned to get in I asked you to come back at 4 (the posted check in time). You room had no hair you were upset when you saw two dogs on main floor. Its a pet friendly accommodation, many guests have a dog with them. I showed you the elaborate coffee tea station, central air on, fan in room, tv full cable, free wifi. What basic amenity was missing?

The property was under quarantine and I didn’t stay here!

This person booked and was canceled within 5 min - we were told to quarentine as current guest had just arrived but only in country 10 days. What gives them the right to give a bad review

Our room was very nice . Clean, comfortable bed, quiet. some Reno’s are incomplete and common areas were quite dirty. House needs some upkeep work done. Having said that , we would stay there again.
