After a long day driving I arrived late around 9:00 pm planning to get on the road early the next morning. After unloading the car, I went to use the washroom and found that it hadn't been cleaned from the previous customer. A bar of soap was unwrapped on the sink with the wrapper beside, used face cloth on counter and a used glass was sitting on the sink, counter not wiped. Talked to front desk, and they sent somebody to clean it while I went in search of food. When I returned Desk said bathroom had been cleaned, but when I went up to room all they did was replace soap and remove wrapper and facecloth. The dirty glass was still on the counter and the sink/counter was not wiped. Toothpaste on faucet and basin dirty. When I asked a second time to have it cleaned the front desk was starting to push back a bit saying it had been cleaned. I showed photographs and they finally sent somebody up after 10:30. When he came to the door he had a clean wine glass, I had not requested that, and a towel with out any cleaning solutions or disinfectants. I showed him how it was when I arrived. So he went away for about 15 mins to get cleaning supplies, then returned and was cleaning the bathroom at 10:45 all while I was waiting to get to bed as I checked out at about 7:15 the next morning for another long drive with less sleep than I would have liked. Otherwise, the property was nice and the location was excellent on the highway toward Banff for an early getaway in the morning.

Great stay for our family of 5. They even upgraded us to allow our kids to have bunk beds. Staff was friendly and helpful.
