Ice machine didn’t work I asked about it said they’d handle it I watched several other people frustratingly try to no avail but they never sent someone to look at it didn’t seem to care Takes a solid 10 minutes to call down to the front desk The front desk took a delivery for me didn’t notify me and when i went and waiting in the lobby for 10 minutes clearly waiting for a delivery person they couldn’t be bothered it wasn’t until I saw the literal bag that I realized what had happened, our room had a dirty cleaned by tag. To summarize room was gross, service was attrocious, amenities weren’t really there and it doesn’t seem like they care to fix things when they break

The hotel is great. Good rooms, clean, and very helpful staff. The area however has suspicious people roaming around at night and early morning. The door is also not very sound proof as I was waked up by chatting in the hallway.

Great condition and comfortable hotel. Easily walkable distance to many shops and restaurants. Also next to metro train line, so good for getting around town but not too noisey. Would recommend
