Our home is a bright, open,3-bedroom newly built townhome plus a cozy loft with large balcony. You'll be staying in a new and quiet community that removed from the busy city with nature beauties around, yet is conveniently close to shopping, transit and other amenities. The Rockies are easily accessible to the west without driving through the city at all! Feel like staying nearby? Spruce Meadows, Sirocco Golf Club.
Our home is designed around open-concept living, and you can really feel it when you first walk in. The space feels unrestricted, and the large windows let in tons of beautiful Calgary sunlight! It's a newly built green home with tons of new technologies - HRV, humidifier, smart thermostat, smart lock, etc., together bring you an ultra comfortable experience of stay. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, the Master has a King bed with walk in closet, cozy ensuite with bathtub, two other good size bedrooms have queen beds. If that's still not enough space, a loft with a sofa that pulls out to make another queen-sized bed, makes total 1500 square foot of living space. A two car garage is connected to the rear of the house, which is completely yours to use. The laundry machines are in the basement, which is still unfinished, but is totally safe to be in. Coffee and tea (and a latte machine) are provided. The second floor loft adjacent to a large balcony has a collection of books, chesses, pokers, Legos from our grown-up children, Netflix and Amazon prime video and music are provided there as well, it is a great family corner to stay together and relax
A garage remote opener is on the living room coffee table for you to use after check in, remember to leave it on same place when you check out. TV with Netflix and Amazon prime video and music are available in the second floor loft
Groceries, restaurants, banks, clinic and fitness amenities are in a walking distance. For sports enthusiasts, Spruce Meadows is close by, with a world level stadium for horse jumping, soccer tournaments; For golf lovers, Sirocco Golf Club is within a few minutes drive and open to public; Mountain Adventurers will find a much better driving experience with completely bypass the crowded city outbound traffic, usually very heavy during the summer mountain exploring session.
If you plan to visit the city centre or attend stampede events, taking the C-Train at Somerset–Bridlewood station can be a great option. A short driving to the west on 22X will lead you to the popular Summer hiking destination Bragg Creek or Winter ski resort Nakiska Ski Resort. Banff is about an hour drive to the west as well. Calgary International Airport is about 30 mins drive by car without traffic
