There was cars banging around all night long you could not sleep and it was just disgusting the towels were stained and I will never go back there again I want a refund but they would not even acknowledge that

Was rude when I arrived not willing to work with me after drinking 12 hours , against there policy but could not provide me policy told you look on there website. pool was green, could not use , did not have coffee machines in room , was there two days never brought clean towels, was not convenient.

Publié le 28 juin 2024 sur HotelsIt just was messy and cluttered with stuff in lobby on sidewalk and in parking lot. Just looked very much not maintained. The pillows were extremely thick and uncomfortable as was the bed. It was priced accordingly so that was fine. The room was very clean

Worst hotel I've ever stayed!!

The bed makes crinkling noises from it being covered in plastic.
I woke up twice covered in sweat from the plastic covered bed.
I've never heard of an upcharge for wanting a room on ground level which is ridiculous!
They let people live in this hotel instead of making live-in people leave after their stay which always means drug activities on the premises.
I wasn't at the hotel ten minutes when one of the live-in people asked me for a cigarette.
This is very distasteful and not a good way to do business at a hotel. Live-in people should not be allowed.

Dirty
Publié le 16 mai 2024 sur HotelsDirty dirty dirty! Bed, linens, pillows all stained! Asked to be switched to another room. Blinds didn't close in the 2nd room, and everything in that room was dirty as well. Both rooms smelled horrible. I left immediately and checked into a fairfield marriott. I will never book at a Days Inn again.
