Doesn't accept Internet payments. That's why it took 1 hour to get room. Lot water in refrigerator. Dirty countertop . No peace of soup. Shampoo. Toilet was clean. Ledy on front desk wsd tires, but was pleasant and did everything to solve problems. There were barking dogs in cages nexi door room.

Motel overbooked. I had a reservation and they overbooked, so I had to get another motel. Terrible.

STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY
Publié le 30 avr. 2024 sur HotelsDo not I repeat do not book this hotel online. We paid online we get there and they tell us online payments aren't accepted that if we wanted a room we have to pay again in cash.
Honestly this place looks more like a place where people live and not rent a hotel room.
This place will take online reservations but do not pay for them in advance based on all the other reviews and my personal experiences I would highly recommend finding something else honestly sleeping in a car in the middle of winter with no gas would be better than this place.

We booked this hotel on line but when we got there we were very surprised. There was all kinds of people hanging around. Just gave us weird vibes. Especially with our new grandbaby. We got told that they didn't accept online reservations so our money was gonna have to be refunded by the company we used. Which was an inconvenience bc we had limited funds at that moment so it made it very hard to get another hotel. The place was not clean. When I asked if I could pay cash she said they only had a one bed left. I needed 2 plus a roll out for my grandbaby. They couldn't accommodate to those requirements. I waisted over 30 min and it took 2 and half days for our money to be reimbursed to our card
