Just unacceptable, and they easiness stand the easiness to just say that… just unacceptable!!!!9

Cordial saludo , hace un comentario cuando no se hospedo en nuestro establecimiento , me informan del establecimiento que fue racista y grosero , lastimosamente no podemos atender a personas con esa actitud.

las fotos y lo que hemos publicado si corresponden a nuestro alojamiento, la zona de la que menciona , es una zona turística y es el sector deportivo de la ciudad de CALI ,donde están los complejos deportivos donde se realizaron los primeros juegos panamericanos del continente, ademas es un estrato residencial y no tiene a sus alrededores las mejores clínicas del país como el CENTRO MEDICO IMBANACO,y en ese mismo sector se hace la FERIA DE CALI.

No one with the building's management was actually present when I arrived on the afternoon of Tuesday 30 November 2021 at 2 p.m. to check in, and on the four occasions that I dialed the phone number listed for the property the call went into the person's voicemail in each instance. When one of the guests came down the stairs on her way out some 25 minutes after my arrival. I explained my predicament and the guest managed to get through on that number, which belongs to the owner of the property, a woman named Alejandra. The owner said no rooms were available for that night, but she could accommodate me as from the following day, 1 December. I made alternative arrangements for my accommodation that afternoon and will NEVER make a booking at the Alexandria Real building in Cali in future.

CORDIAL SALUDO
estamos pendientes de las reservas, tenemos dos opciones de alojamiento y varias plataformas , ha tenido posiblemente una confusión en las fechas y seguramente estábamos full en esas fechas , porque teníamos el evento de los juegos PANAMERICANOS, y no teníamos disponibilidad para atenderlo.

Great Hotel
Publié le 11 mai 2019 sur HotelsI’ve stayed at this hotel more than once. The rooms are cozy and private. Big screen TVs, kitchenette, mini fridge, microwave, hot water, and AC. I like this hotel because it’s always clean and they accommodate everything I ask for.
