Publié le 19 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwayIt made no difference to us but I think if you had a aged person in your party or someone who was disabled they would find it very hard to negotiate the stairs for bathing or bedrooms as this is all up on the upper level of the house it needs to be advertised accordingly

Gem in the jungle
Publié le 30 déc. 2022 sur HomeAwayGreat location. Nice place to take the family on holidays. Very spacious. Beach around the corner. Property needs a little trim and clean outside, but overall a nice experience.

Not very good
Publié le 20 févr. 2022 sur HomeAwayProperty very dirty and dusty.backyard very dirty.bbq filthy tree branches and big weeds everywhere Cobwebs all over and inside property. Lock box old and faulty. Took very long to open lock box.

HRS are disappointed to hear that the property was not up to standard in regards to the cleanliness as our housekeepers do follow an extensive checklist prior to your arrival. Should you had contacted us during your stay about these issues we would have sent the housekeepers back ASAP to rectify any cleanliness problems.

Callala Beach Holiday

Beautiful property with gorgeous view

The house is very well appointed, and has heaps of indoor space, sleeper sofas, three bedrooms.
It's really comfortable and easy to settle into.

Unclean place

but unfortunately for us wasn’t a great experience due to the lack of cleaning, looks like it wasn’t clean after the last guests we have dirty floors, a couch cover in sand, toilets with splash of urine and the worst one of the toilet seat with a stain of blood that was disgusting we have to get to the shops for some beach to disinfect them, after called then and they promise to send someone to clean the place but nobody turned up , then a receive an email hour later apologising and blaming cov19. Terrible

A great family getaway
Publié le 3 févr. 2020 sur HomeAwayThis place was hard to leave, it is well equipped and comfortably furnished, just right for two couples and our dogs. It is set amongst the gum trees in an eco friendly neighbourhood with an easy stroll to the pristine, undeveloped beach. Loved it.
