Villa calpe
Publié le 25 août 2022 sur HomeAwayVilla propre lors de notre arrivée, le propriétaire nous a autorisé a effectuer le check-in plus tôt que prévu, propriétaire à l’écoute. Villa assez bien entretenue.
Nous avons eu plusieurs coupure d’électricité lors de notre séjour du au réseaux de la ville.
Le personnel sur place est très accueillant et bienveillant.
La piscine est bien entretenu plusieurs jours dans la semaine.
Nous avons passés de bonnes vacances entre amis.

Prima villa, ligging top.
Publié le 15 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayEen mooi villa in een leuke buurt. Redelijk dichtbij het strand en horeca. Ideaal voor pubers die zelfstandig op pad willen. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is prima. Binnen is wat gedateerd, maar wij hebben vooral buiten verbleven. Wij hebben een vaatwasser gemist, maar met elkaar afwassen heeft acheraf ook wat. Al in al hebben wij een super week gehad.

A great stay
Publié le 9 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our stay at this Villa. The host was extremely helpful and allowed us to check in earlier than planned. When we reported a fault with the shower it was fixed very quickly. The outdoor space is lovely and suited our party perfectly. It is quite close to the town and within walking distance of the beach. A lovely stay.

Calpe villa
Publié le 14 août 2023 sur HomeAwayFrom the moment we arrived there were issues with the property. Air conditioning not working, rooms not as advertised and facilities listed not available or present, strong smells of sewage on arrival, blocked toilets, showers over flowing, electrical faults and unsafe wires exposed, no toys or games for children as advertised, no dishwasher, broken sun beds, a large boat obstructing the back door to the pool, table tennis table broken and in useable. This was described as a luxury villa however it was far from that. We had to be in contact with the owners and the cleaner who was local most days about issues that we had. For the money that was paid for the property we expected a higher end villa with the amenities to match. We will expect some form of compensation as it ruined our family holiday.

We are sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay. Unfortunately there was no pleasing a few guests in this group. The temperature in Spain was exceptional hot and the guests informed us an air con unit wasn’t working effectively so we had it replaced with a brand new unit the very next day.
Septic tanks cleaned before and during there stay. Guests put items into toilets that block pipes/septic tanks therefore they can overflow we can’t take responsibility for this but we sent a team out the same day and fixed.
Everything is as advertised unfortunately the table tennis and relaxers had been broken by previous guests they have now been replaced.
A boat does not block the entrance.
Our management was on call for any
problems that occurred during the stay
