Non c’è tanto da raccontare son arrivato in mezzo al nulla un servizio a dir poco di basso livello la cucina e qualità dei piatti e il menu molto deludente carta vini inesistenti come anche i rum o i cognac non lo trovo un posto come si presenta on line prezzo esagerato per ciò che ho mangiato e la qualità del posto ! La prossima trasferta per gare a 7 laghi non sarà alla locanda

Ci spiace molto che il nostro ospite non abbia gradito la location, l'ospitalità, la cucina, e la lista dei vini. Avrebbe potuto forse comunicarcelo personalmente avremmo fatto possibile per accontentarlo per quanto nelle nostre possibilità e capacità. Grazie comunque.

Clean and good location but rude management

We had a bad experience with the owner on our last day - he let us know how upset he was that we brought our cat. We were shocked at his demeanor because we booked the place instead of another because it said PET FRIENDLY. He was really rude in the way he handled it.

Good manners say that when you are hosted somewhere even if you pay, to kindly ask the permission to bring with you a pet (dog or cat). This is usually done by all our guests during the reservations or at least when they arrive with a prt.
Ms Amanda did not do that neither at the arrival nor during the stay. The cat was discovered by the girls in charge of the rooms cleaning, with the risk of let the cat jump out from the window or escape from the door. (Usually when you clean a room you open windows and door! ). I was quite upset simply by the fact that we were not aware of the cat with the risk to loose him (or her). I am sorry to appear rude but what would Ms.Amanda say if the cat would have jumped out from the window?
Be kind Ms. Amanda let people know when you bring your pet with you!
