VINPEARL long beach un 5 étoiles un peu maquillé
Publié le 28 févr. 2019 sur HotelsTrès belle villa avec un super confort! Belle plage privée et piscine ! Chouette prestation au niveau installation !Maintenant services pas dignes d un 5 étoiles! Les serviettes de bain piscine sont repliées après utilisation et donc vous prenez serviettes utilisées... ensuite on ne peut pas cuisiner et utiliser cuisine car pas d ustensiles à dispo.dommage... Et pour finir restauration bien mais pas à la hauteur d un 5 étoiles pour le prix. Au final bon sejour mais quelques frustrations car on s attend a mieux au vu du complexe !

We would like to thank the receptionist who was considerate of us when it was raining heavily when we checked in. And we would like to thank the female manager who kindly handled our slightly tricky room service order. I am very sorry that I cannot remember her name. She personally took the order and served us and was very friendly to us. We had a satisfying family dinner with room service food that suited our taste. I think I saw her briefly when we had breakfast at the main restaurant in the lobby. In conclusion, we made good memories at Melia Vinpearl Cam Ranh Beach Resort and returned home. However, there seems to be a problem that needs to be improved as it took a long time to call the tuk-tuk, the transportation within the resort. I wanted to have a cocktail at The Level Lounge, located at the end of the lake on the left when looking at the lobby, but we were unable to go due to lack of time, which was a bit disappointing. Ah...I just looked it up and the receipt says Linh Pham Thi Hong. If that's you, then thank you again.

풀빌라로 조용하고 한적하게 잘 지냈습니다.
해변 모래 상태 좋고 비치에서도 한나절 잘 놀았습니다.
매인풀은 작고 바닥 타일 상태 안 좋아서 아쿠아슈즈 가져가라고 팁을 받았는데 도움이 됐습니다.
화장실에 ㅂ선생 나왔는데... 다행히도 죽어있는 상태로 발견됐습니다.
배달음식은 리조트 정문까지만 배달됐습니다.
룸서비스는 양이 좀 적은 편이지만 가격이 한국에 비해 싸서...
룸서비스는 멜리아 포인트로 일부 결제 되지만 미니바는 안 된다고 하네요.
