Clean Property, Delicious Food, but too loud!! Our kids loved the kids club and swimming. The pools were well maintained and the food was amazing! Some of the extra entertainment options like the mini-golf and the basketball courts needed improvement/ repair. The beach access was incredible! However, be prepared for no/little sleep. The outdoor dance show blasts music until late, and then the indoor night club blasts the music from the first floor until early morning hours. It doesn’t matter where you sleep in the hotel, the overly loud bass music carries into every floor. When we asked them to turn it down, we were ignored. Swandor is a party resort, not a quiet vacation.

i really liked the service from the resort. everyone was soooo nice and i liked that they had korean talking staff. i wanted to order drink off the menu and i could get some without extra fee. there is nothing to do around the resort but you can use the shuttle moving resort to nahtrang (extra fee) so it was ok

A very unsanitary resort with cockroaches!!!

5성급이라면서 바퀴벌레 나오는 더러운 리조트. 체크아웃 직전에 바퀴벌레가 나와서 짐을 다시 정리하느라 고작 10분 늦었는데 전화로 빨리 나가라고 계속 푸시함. 바퀴벌레가 나와서 그렇다고 설명했더니 보통 없긴 한데 있을 수도 있다면서 일단 체크아웃하라고 등 떠밀음. 한국어 잘만 하던 직원이 갑자기 잘 못 알아듣는 척함. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 리셉션에 내려와서도 사진까지 보여주며 설명했는데 다 씹고 'check-out finished!' ㅇㅈㄹ ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 바퀴벌레가 나왔으면 사과가 먼저 아니냐고 얘기했더니 그제서야 마지못해 'okay, sorry~' 이러더니 지들끼리 베트남어로 얘기하면서 피식피식 웃음. 음식도 진짜 드럽게 맛 없고 먹을만한 거 하나도 없음. 방에서 바퀴벌레가 나올 정도면 식당에는 바글바글하겠지 뭐. 한국인이라고 무시하는 건지 리뷰 남기겠다고 해도 맘대로 하라고 함. Very unsanitary and cockroach infested resort. Just before check-out, a cockroach came out and I was just 10 minutes late because I had to repackage my luggage, but they kept calling me to hurry up and leave. When I explained that there was a cockroach, he said that there usually aren't any, but that there might be some, and told me to check out first. An employee who was good at Korean suddenly pretended not to understand. lol I went down to the reception and explained it to them, even showing them pictures, but they ignored everything and just said, 'check-out finished!' When I told them that if a cockroach appeared, wouldn't it be better to apologize first, they reluctantly said, "okay, sorry~" and then started talking to each other in Vietnamese and snickering. The food is also really bad and there is nothing worth eating. If there are cockroaches in the room, there must be a lot of them in the restaurant. They ignore me because I'm Korean, and even when I ask to leave a review, they tell me to do whatever I want.

맛있는 음식, 친절한 서비스, 객실의 청결함 모두 만족했습니다. 단 한가지 아쉬운 점은 공용공간(로비, 식당 등)이 너무 더웠어요.

스완도르 깜란 굿

쾌적한 숙소, 아침부터 저녁을 넘어 야식까지 무제한으로 이용하눈 점이 무척 마음에 들어요. 아쉬운점은 제공하는 식음료를 숙소로 못가져 가능것만 빼고는 무척 마음에 듭니다 저녁에능 디스커 파티등 아주 좋아요
