아름다운 호텔입니다, 청결과 조경, 룸 컨디션은 나무랄데 없어요. 로비에서 근무하는 직원들 몇명은 외국인들에게만 친절하고 아시아인들이 영어로 이야기하면 비웃더라구요. 대놓고 앞에서 직원들끼리 무시해서 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 이 좋은 리조트에서 그런 모습을 보자니 다신 오고 싶진 않았습니다. 그렇지만 나머지 시설은 완벽합니다.

The resort was really great. All the facilities including pools and restaurants were well managed. We had a great time during our stay. In particular, Ms. Min, who is the senior duty manager, listened our requests and took great care to resolve them. We would like to give our gratitude to Ms. Min. We really enjoyed our vacation here. We hope to visit the Anam resort again!

ホテルのロケーション、ヴィラ、ビーチは最高。ビーチ派の方は是非来てほしい。美しさと透明度の高さに満足するはず。マイナス点は、食事の質である。朝食はベトナムより、韓国や中華のメニューが多く、残念。折角来たのであれば、ベトナム料理を楽しみたかった。他のメニューも5スターであれば改善の余地があると思いました。
