입국/출국전 하루씩 숙박은 매우추천

프라이빗 풀 사이브는 아쉬움
조식 퀄리티 아쉬움
풀장 물이 시원하지가 않았음
리조밖 즐길거리가 없음(나트랑 시내까지 40분인데 깜란주변은 다닐만한곳이 없음)

clean service was not clean
they only changed towels
and the breakfast was not so gool
it was just normal

Disappointing Experience at a Resort
Publié le 2 août 2024 sur HotelsI recently had the opportunity to stay at this restor, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards of a five-star resort. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that there was no welcome drink offered. When I inquired about it, the receptionist's response was rather rude, directing me to a self-serve area in the corner.
To add to the initial disappointment, we waited for over an hour for our buggy to arrive to take us to our villa. It became apparent that we had been forgotten, prompting me to remind the staff of our pending transfer. When we finally reached our villa, I was dismayed to find that the swimming pool was in poor condition, with visible patches that detracted from the overall experience. The following morning, my hopes for improvement were dashed when I visited the breakfast buffet. Rather than a restaurant experience, guests were directed to an upstairs area where food was served in a manner reminiscent of catering, lacking the ambiance one would expect at a luxury resort. Overall, my stay at this restort fell far short of the five-star standard I had anticipated. The lack of attention to detail, coupled with subpar amenities and service, left me with a lasting impression of disappointment. Regrettably, I do not foresee a return visit to this establishment in the future.

Dear Mr. Bao,Thank you so much for staying with us We apologize for the shortcomings, and we hope you would understand that during summer seasons we do our best to adapt to the large number of guests who stay with us, thus we switch to the self serving welcome drink station, and if our team came across as rude, I would like to apologize on their behalf. Also our buggy service takes a lot of pressure when we have over 1000 guests in the resort but we try our best to be as fast as possible. We run 2 locations for breakfast, to ensure no one has to wait for a table, we turn our ballroom into a breakfast facility and we also open the all day dining restaurant, and we agree, the ballroom is not the same as the all day dining in terms of atmosphere. As for the pool, I have taken note and we will check right away what needs to be fixed and I assure you our engineering team will do the job as quickly as possible.
