The house was built in the traditional architecture style of Madeira and its interiors Were refurbished in 2016. It is located in the downtown of Câmara de Lobos, just 1 minute walking distance away from the beach (90 meters) and less than 3 minutes walking distance away from the main attractions such as the municipal market, the Madeira Wine Cellar Several parks, the maritime promenade, the city hall, Several bars and restaurants as well as a supermarket. It is Also very close to Funchal city, Which is the capital of Madeira - only about 7 minutes driving distance! From Câmara de Lobos you can access any other part of the island through the bus stops and taxicab stand located only one minute walking distance.
Featuring two magnificent private terraces, this house allows you to enjoy the sun and see all day and feel relaxed while contemplating the panoramic view of the sea.

The house was refurbished in 2016 and is fully equipped.
The decoration is inspired in the traditional Madeira décor and it features 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 1 toilet. The ceilings are high and there is excellent natural light.
The two private terraces have a panoramic 360º view. The largest terrace, Which has a view of the sea, features a lounge area, reclining chairs and a barbecue, is perfect for preparing your meals and eat outside as well as is relishing the beautiful sunrise and sunset.
The space is charming and the weather is warm all year round, you are close to the sea and to the mountains, so you have everything you need to have a dream vacation! We welcome you with a basket of regional products, fruits, water and beer.
The location of this house is convenient for Accessing the main attractions of the city without the need for transportation. Guests can engage in Several activities in Câmara de Lobos such as nautical sports, snorkeling, hiking or taking a nice walk in the maritime promenade que connects Lobos to Funchal Chamber. The access by car and public transportation is convenient Also there is the bus stops and a taxicab stand nearby que connects you to the other villages and cities. The main city of the island, Funchal, is only 7 minutes away by car.

Vacances à Madeire
Localisation idéale pour découvrir l'ensemble de l'île. Localisation excellente dans le village de Camara dos Lobos, vue de la terrasse sur la mer, logement très propre, deux terrasses dans un cadre merveilleux. Accueil impeccable grâce au suivi du propriétaire. Je recommande fortement.

Roof terrace with sunset view every night
The appartment is beautiful and very large, best part by far is the roof top terrace with ocean views and lots of sun. The location was perfect, everything is walking distance. There’s free parking about a 5min walk away from the apartment or paid street parking right out front. We just missed the microwave and toaster in the kitchen, but there are enough pots and pans to just use the stove. Washing machine in the apartment is a huge benefit, we really appreciated that. The host jose responded to messages very quickly and he’s very nice and helpful. Will definitely be back!

Super gelegene Wohnung am Meer
Wir waren eine Woche in der Sea Breeze Villa und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Man fährt von dem Flughafen aus ca 25 Minuten mit Mietauto oder Taxi. Daher ist die Lage super zentral und doch nicht in der großen Hauptstadt. In dem Dörfchen Camara de Lobos gibt es einen guten Einkaufsladen, in dem man alles findet was man braucht. Zum Strand geht es lediglich über die Straße in 2 Gehminuten. Von der Wohnung aus kann man zudem super Wanderrouten starten, ohne Auto oder Bus. Die Wohnung selbst befindet sich im 2. Stock, ist aber gut zu finden. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Dachterasse mit Meerblick, auf welcher man super frühstücken oder zu Abend essen kann bei Sonnenuntergang. Die Austattung der Küche ist minimalistisch, dennoch ausreichend. Im Sommer kann es schnell warm werden in der Wohnung, da es viele Fenster gibt, teilweise auch ohne Vorhang oder Möglichkeit zur Verdunkelung. Man hält sich zu den wärmsten Zeiten demnach lieber draußen auf:) Da die Wohnung an einem Berg liegt, ist der Verkehr etwas lauter. Uns hat es kaum gestört, manche könnten damit aber ein Problem haben, besonders Nachts. Der Austausch mit dem Vermieter klappt bei Fragen und Anliegen ohne Probleme, schnell und einfach. Wir würden auch gerne wieder in die Wohnung kommen!

Sehr gute Unterkunft
Das Apartment ist sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und die Lage ist zentral im Ort. Man kann fußläufig zu Restaurants und Supermärkten gelangen. Der Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer ist super. Es ist ziemlich laut an der Straße, so dass man nachts keine Fenster öffnen kann. Und schade ist auch, dass die Scheiben in der Küche mit Milchglas versehen sind. So kann man nicht rausschauen. Fürs Kochen sind wirklich nur die nötigsten Utensilien vorhanden. Die Betten sind super bequem und das Apartment ist sauber.. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

We had a great time in Câmara de Lobos. The house is very nice with a great view on the ocean. Everything was clean and well prepared. The only issue is the loud traffic in the morning and evening.

We liked it
We found the accommodations suitable for our family. We felt safe and secure. Our 16 and 13 yr old boys were able to go out on their own and there were some intresting walks to do there and small village where we were able to eat out or shop for groceries as we decided. Unfortunately the beach was difficult to access due to construction. And the roof top was nice but the traffic is quite loud which distracted for the relaxation a bit. The view from the roof top is beautiful. We were woken up every morning by the church bell right beside the house at 7 am and the bell went off regularly throughout the day - which we ended up being ok with. We had to park in the underground which was a bit of a hassle having to pay 4 euros every day.

Super große Ferienwohnung mit phantastischer Dachterrasse
Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist einzigartig! Die FeWo hat 3Schlafzimmer, dafür aber nur 1kleines Bad. Küche ist voll ausgestattet auch wenn es an großen Kaffeetassen mangelte. An den „Straßenlärm“ haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt, wir haben sogar oben geschlafen. Da haben uns am Morgen eher das Glockengeläut und Hahnkrähen geweckt😘 Klare Empfehlung, wir waren begeistert!

Clean as a whistle!
The property is exactly as described and totally white glove clean. Everyone slept very well. It is very quiet and you get to hear the ocean and the view is very peaceful. We found lots of places close by to eat and the people are helpful and pleasant. I only wish we could stay at this house for longer.

Great Location!!!
The property is beautiful and the deck views are Magical. The property is within walking distance to many lovely restaurants and the Fisherman’s Village! For me, the two downsides are the homeless cats and dogs along the roadways and along the ocean walk by Churchill’s restaurant. The city hall and the local residents should adopt the policies of lisboa and the Algarve. The lovely clean and beautiful property is on a road so please prepare to close the windows if you are a light sleeper. All in all…a lovely property. Thank you !!!

Sehr schönes Altstadthaus
Wir waren die ersten 3 Septemberwochen hier zu Gast. Aber auch ich muss das Thema Verkehrslärm leider noch mal kurz anschneiden. Hier geht die Hauptstraße direkt am Haus steil bergauf, d.h. hier wird mit Vollgas hochgefahren, was überdurchschnittlich laut ist. Das hatte ich, obwohl Stadtkind, echt unterschätzt. Dazu kommt, dass das Haus nun mal umgeben ist von Bergen. Die Akustik ist also beachtlich. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist das aber alles auszuhalten. Eine Klimaanlage wäre ja perfekt gewesen. Wir haben uns damit beholfen, gegen Abend unten alle Fenster + oben die Tür zur Terrasse aufzureißen, was einen ziemlich guten Kamineffekt hatte. So war die Hitze fast raus und die Nacht, dank Ohrstöpseln, einigermaßen ruhig. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat sich gut um uns gekümmert. Auch als es einmal etwas "gehakt" hat, war er innerhalb 1 Stunde zur Stelle. Er ist wirklich sehr bemüht, es den Gästen so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Und Camara de Lobos ist total zauberhaft. Es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Bäcker, Hafenbars, Restaurants, Supermarkt … Wir haben hier wundervolle Abende verbracht und traumhafte Wanderungen gemacht!

Toller Blick, tolle Dachterrasse
Wir haben uns rundum Wohlgefühlt, die beiden Terassen sind toll, man hat immer irgendwo Sonne und irgendwo Schatten, die Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet, ausreichend Schränke sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich, die Lage ist absolut zentral, ein Auto braucht man nicht mal unbedingt. Alle Besorgungen können zu Fuß erledigt werden. Dieser Vorteil ist gleichzeitig der einzige Nachteil an der Wohnung. Der Verkehr war manchmal etwas viel, aber das ist ja sehr verschieden wie man das empfindet. Camara ist trotz der Ausflügler ein nettes beschauliches Dorf mit netter Gastronomie. Sehr zu empfehlen auch an Fasching.

Toller Blick aufs Meer, herrliche Terassen und eine gemütliche Wohnung.
Ein schönes Städtchen am Meer, nah an Funchal. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Der Strassenlärm ist etwas störend, aber man gewöhnt sich dran und alles andere Schöne hebt dies auf. Wir hatten wirklich tolle Ferien und haben es richtig geniessen können.
