Banal et nettement surévalué
Publié le 25 sept. 2023 sur HotelsJe ne comprends vraiment pas les évaluations précédentes. Chambre petites et très bruyantes ceci dit très efficaces pour connaître la vie des voisins
J'ai laissé ma carte pour une empreinte le réceptionniste en a profité pour me débiter deux fois 140€ plus 9€ pour un service alors que tout était déjà payé chambre et services. Pire je ne suis pas informé pas de reçu pas de facture je ne l'ai découvert qu'après consultation de mon compte bancaire.

Communication only works if both parties benefit
Publié le 23 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe focus of this propseems to be what is easiest for the staff. We were put in a room across from the common bathroom at yhe top of the stairs on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator in this hotel which I knew and had requested intentionally a room on the 2nd floor. Two emails and two calls to confirm our check in time because the staff did not note this after the first call, at dinner time, and no indication from them that my room request was not being considered. Mandatory gratuity was added to the stay for maid staff without prior warning during communication at check in. Why don't they just increase wages? Frustrated, prior stay had been enjoyed.

Absolutely charming as ever and you can walk to everything so easily. I had the queen room with private bath. Very dog friendly too!

Standard older boutique hotel with shared bathrooms. In the old town area of Camas with local stores, restaurants, etc.

Property is quaint and located in downtown Camas. Very walkable to restaurants and shops. Rooms very clean. Enjoyed staying in this historic renovated hotel. Staff was very helpful. Liked the vouchers for Natalia’s restaurant for breakfast. Stayed in a room with private bathroom and appreciated that option. Parking was nearby and easy to access. Really enjoyed the stay, would stay there again.
