Excellent property that felt like home away from home. The apartment was very tidy, modern and included all of the necessities for a week long stay. The property is within 10 minutes from Cambridge campus and has plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. Highly recommend the property.

All necessities are well equipped for short stay including minimum food stuff. Staff are friendly and efficient. Location is good overlooking Cam River.

Publié le 21 juill. 2023 sur HotelsExcellent Location - on ring road. Well worth paying extra for parking spot. Broadband was as good as at home. Very clean & comfortable, with an outside space. Good communication re check in and being there to meet you. Nice touch to have a few essentials for when you arrive - bread, milk, butter, jam, cereals, Orange Juice, bottled water, biscuits.
Would definitely recommend

Convenient location, great apartment amenities
Publié le 7 juill. 2023 sur HotelsWe had a really good stay here. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There was a kitchen with some water, tea and snacks. There was a washing machine for laundry, which was very nice since our vacation was on the longer side. The building entry felt very secure and the area was quiet. It was also very close walking distance to everything in Cambridge. Would definitely stay here again.

一次讓我們非常非常失望的入住經驗！
Publié le 1 juill. 2023 sur Hotels在過去多年的出遊，我們都喜歡住在這類的房子去感受當地之生活，可是，這一次的住宿實在是讓我們感到太失望了。（1）在入住前，我們沒有收到入住方法之電郵，最後是到到大樓門口用電話才能聯繫上，然後才拿到入住方法；（2）我們一共訂了5天的入住，可是浴室裡之清潔用品只夠兩人1天的使用；（3）因為回香港的飛機是訂了在下午6點，而還房之時間是早上10點正，在我們要求把行李寄存或延遲退房至中午12點正時，對方說我們必須付上每小時30英鎊共60英鎊才可以；（4）在炎熱的夏天裡，房間是沒有空調但就連風扇也沒有，因此嚴重影響了好幾天之睡眠素質；（5）因為大樓旁邊是車路和行人道，所以，在我們已經入睡的晚上常會被那些醉酒人士的大聲說話或喊叫噪醒。

Hi Lai, I am really sorry your experience wasn't the best. I tried to accommodate your request of late check out, normally on weekends we refused them directly due to the high load of work. We did and exception as you said you have the flights at 6pm today but unfortunately this service has an extra charge. I wish you a good flight. Kind regards,
