Have stayed here many times before, could do with a little updating, modernisation etc, but apart from that, clean quiet and comfortable. We would absolutely stay there again!

Convenient location to walk into Cambridge with car parking facilities. The lights in the bathroom didn’t work and because there was no window it was very dark making it difficult to use the facilities. The bed was hard, the room was cold with no heating that worked, and the condition of the room was poor. There was no one on reception until 11:00 and we had to check out by 10:00.

Regarding the bathroom light, we have checked and found that it is in working condition, though it may have been stuck when you used it. we kindly suggest contacting us via phone after 9 p.m. The emergency contact number can also be found in your room, at reception, or on the front door for immediate assistance. For the heating, it does work, but it needs to be manually turned on. Should you have any issues with this, we are more than happy to help if you contact us. As for the reception, our check-out process doesn’t require a receptionist to be present at the desk. However, you are always welcome to call us if you have any requests during check-out, and we’ll gladly assist. We apologize again for the discomfort and hope you enjoyed your time in Cambridge despite these issues. We appreciate your understanding and hope to provide you with a better experience in the future.Best regards,

It’s a nice place to stay a couple nights,old building a bit outdated,but it’s clean,friendly staff .

The staff are very accommodating and our stay was good value. The building itself is a little tired and dated.
