The drains in bathroom were really slow. The room was clean and comfortable.

The rooms were nice. The lobby was great. The hostess was good. The only thing I can say is that the room was smelt a little musty but it was very clean Also, there wasn't any discussion about the breakfast. It was just maybe less than average in the coffee was really bad

Check in was not smooth, our friends were first given someone else's room and an hour later another guest was given their room. Our room was not clean, found garbage and chips under the bed.

Overall great. But few hiccups, easily fixed... Coffee maker was missing parts so no coffee. 😱😱😱. Tripped on the rug inside the door (poorly set) which is fine for me, but could be dangerous for those less stable on their feet. No elevator—pack light. Original room was deadbolted from the inside so had to leave my bags in the hallway (no elevator) and run down to get another room. All resolved in minutes, but if you have a hard time walking ( like one guy huffing and pausing to get to the second floor) All extremely minor inconveniences, but they do add up to a crossed eyebrow now and again.
