recently stayed at Hyatt Centric and had an outstanding experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were spotless, fresh and had a modern design that made the stay very comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring Cambridge city, with easy access to all the main attractions. A lovely surprise was being given free bus tickets at check-in, which made getting around even more convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!

Kim at reception was excellent-despite long queues she remembered my booking and had everything ready for me to check-in, with the correct room configuration. There was no early-check-in charges. The room was well provided for, with complimentary tea/hot chocolate/ peppermint tea, biscuits, toiletries ( (all high quality). Matt came to help set up the sofa bed. He also assisted me with the wifi and other queries, most efficient and helpful. All in all, a great place to stay.

Sink did not drain . Room was not cleaned at all during my stay of 2 nights
