The lodge is as described on the website with lovely furnishings and very well equipped and spacious. Towels are provided for use of the hot tub and for the Country club for swimming (which is free to lodge guests). The addition of board games in the lodge was a great idea, our kids loved the ludo and snakes and ladders.
The host was attentive and communicated well. We would highly recommend this lodge.
Our only very slight issue was departure time. One email stated "before 11am" and one departure at 10am. Luckily as we weren't sure which time was correct we were ready for 10am, perhaps ensure this is the same on each correspondence.

A lovely location, set up well, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and awesome fridge plus great hot tub and super walks to nearby pub for lunch. And if you prefer your exercise/chill nearer to base, then you can use the spa facilities at the golf club.We have recommended it to others and our intent is to return!
