Conveniently located approximately an hour from the Twin Cities metro, this space is perfect to gather your family and friends for a low-key relaxing Minnesota lake experience with private beach and shoreline. The house has an open kitchen, vaulted ceilings, large windows throughout, lake level family/entertainment room, four bedrooms, two baths and a private hot tub spa. Please note, our house is located in a quiet neighborhood and not suitable for parties or large adult gatherings.

Guests will self check in using a keyless entry system. We are available via phone, email or in person upon request

Enjoy the rural setting with the conveniences of city amenities 5 minute drive to Cambridge.
Cambridge is a very safe and inviting community with parks, a public library, a local CO-OP, coffee shops and things like farmer's markets in the summer. The downtown main street area has a few restaurants and bars that stay open later, if you are looking for something to do in the evening, but overall it is a nice and quiet town.

Also, big box stores including Cub Foods, Target, Walmart and many chair stores and restaurants are located just about 5 minutes drive to the East. The Isanti County fairgrounds are also located in Cambridge and have events scheduled throughout the year, from County Fairs to Olympic level Curling competitions.
In addition to local bars and restaurants, Anytime Fitness and Snap Fitness, a great movie theater and a great deal of local activity can be found year round. Check out local Wineries just a few minutes from the house.

We have a quiet family based community and ask our quests to respect the neighbors. Guests must remain quiet outside after 10pm.

Hot tub, fishing off the dock, two stand up paddle boards*, a canoe*, a hand crank ice auger, pontoon (additional fees)*, fire pit, gas grill, 55" flat screen TV, lawn games, board games, cards and children’s books/activities. Note: availability of these items may be seasonal. Guests are not allowed to bring their own motorized watercraft. *Liability waiver is required for use of all motorized and non-motorized watercraft.

Come enjoy 2000 sq ft of expansive living space situated directly on Lake Skogman. The home includes two bedrooms with king beds, one bedroom with a queen and one bedroom with a queen and bunk beds. Views of the lake on three sides (South, East and West).

Out of respect for our neighborhood, our house is not a good fit for loud parties or large gatherings. We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. As such, we use a privacy compliant smart home technology called NoiseAware that measures decibel levels throughout the property - it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
