stayed for 2 nites. this is one of the best place for my trip to Europe. Robyn at the counter treated us very well and helped us to reslove my issue. she is a lovely person and and have a good memory. the room is clean and room is spacious. check in and out is fast. love this place and will come back on my next trip.

A bot soulless. No good signage for the front.
Breakfast not included and poor - only three staff who could not cope. Cooked breakfast cold in containers.
