We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the water temperature of the indoor swimming pool. We will address your comment to the administration of the building for investigation. As this is a communal service provided by the HOA of the complex, we cannot intervene directly, but we will ensure it gets resolved.

Wir hatten noch nie, dass so viel in einer Unterkunft kaputt ging. Geschirrspüler bei Ankunft defekt, Licht defekt und dann fiel die Sauna aus. Dafür fühlten sich die Betreiber des Appartements aber nicht zuständig und haben nicht einmal eine Kulanz geboten, obwohl selbst mit SPA im Namen geworben wird. Wir konnten die Sauna nicht nutzen und es gab Null Kompensation. Für das gebotene viel zu teuer, zudem ist das Appartement sehr laut. Wir würden empfehlen woanders zu buchen. Die Anlage ist zwar sehr schön, aber es riecht regelmäßig nach in den benachbarten Fluss abgelassene Fäkalien.
