Bij aankomst was er geen WiFi instructies na kontakt met ge verhuurder stond er op router met een stikker met 15 leestekens ,maar het werkten niet,nu diverse apps kwam de verhuurder een dag later,bleek een letter er verkeerd op te staan,. Geen afwas tablet voor de vaatwasser Weinig closetrollen,geen theedoek

Stunning location. Service, Amenities and facilities disappointing

We were given the wrong property and despite assurances, the property manager did not contact me. He clearly avoided my calls because on Monday morning he instantly knew who I was. To be fair, they gave me a much bigger (and more costly) apt, a duplex which was available. This duplex is lovely but badly in need of maintenance. Shower doors falling apart, stained walls and furniture. There were no toiletries, as claimed, inadequate kitchen facilities, 2 mugs in total both were badly chipped. No hand towels were provided. Housekeeping was promised after 7 days, this did not materialise. We were sweeping and mopping ourselves. The communal hallway was permanently wet due to a leak. The lift seldom worked.
