Bed sheets and towels not clean well, even my request at reception for nonsmoking room n silent area of hotel. There was guys outside till 1:30am drinking laughing.

Location was perfect for my business trip. I've stayed here many times in the past. Always had a quiet,good night's sleep as I have to rise early to make my business appointment. Some of the mentalities may be older, but they're all fully functional. Will stay here again in the future.

I confirmed a smoking room did not get one, next room no TV, next room remote did not work did not fix did not stay and waiting for a refund

No microwave or refrigerator in room... No smoking rooms GTA get up n go outside if I wanted a smoke... No breakfast...

The fact that the reservation was for a king size room and we ended up with a double the first night. The refrigerator wasn't working in the first room. Once we got in the second room everything was good

Bed bugs and roaches. Broken toilet seat. Wrong beds assigned when not what what was paid for. Even when confronted they said it wasn’t true

Room was not sanitary enough to stay. Torn holes on bedspread, sheet had large dark stain looked like urine. several bugs in bed and refer. Bathroom was disgusting. Outside doors were white and filthy. Windows on several other rooms looked filthy Refer was filthy, Cancelled immediately. My credit card still shows charged twice and I have not been credited back , it’s been 5 days.
