Loved the location. Sits right on the waterfront and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Room very comfortable. Bathroom updated with whirlpool tub and separate shower. In room breakfast was a big plus!!

I liked the balcony, except it hadn't been cleaned. There was a big pile of dead flower blossoms and someone's food crumbs. The bathroom floor was brown and sticky. I didn't like the big rip in the carpet near the bed. To pay for parking after paying $600 per night! It took three tries to respond to check-in on my phone and three trips in person to find out what time the room would be ready.

Hello Catherine,We are saddened to learn of your experience with the condition of your balcony, bathroom floor, and carpet. These items certainly do not meet the standards we strive for, and for which our guests have come to expect. We do hope we had the opportunity to resolve these as quickly as possible when brought to the attention of our front desk. We have alerted our housekeeping and maintenance teams about this feedback. Free parking is a perk (among others) provided exclusively to those guests who make their reservations on the hotel website or over the phone. Expedia and other third party reservations are subject to the parking fee. We work to get our rooms ready as soon as possible each day. We see we were able to take care of pre-check in verifications when you arrived early in the day, then you were alerted through text communication (and you acknowledged) that your guest room was ready more than an hour before the 4 PM guaranteed check in time.We do hope to have the opportunity have you stay with us again for a second chance to exceed your expectations.Christopher SpragueDirector of Guest Services

Good for couples. Not so much family with kids
